Everything you need to know to get started.

Step 1: Registration

Getting started with ServiceQue is simple. The first step is to create your account as a Service Provider (SP).

  • Navigate to our homepage and click on "Get Started."
  • You will be redirected to the ServiceQue HQ (Headquarters) registration page at hq.serviceque.com.
  • Fill in your business details, including your name, email, and the services you offer.
  • Create a secure password for your account.

Once submitted, you will receive a verification email to confirm your email address. This is to ensure we can communicate important updates about your account.

Step 2: Account Approval

To maintain a high-quality and trustworthy platform for all users, every new registration undergoes a brief manual review process.

  • Our team will review your submitted business information for authenticity and to ensure it complies with our platform guidelines.
  • This process helps prevent spam and ensures that all listings on ServiceQue are legitimate.
  • You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved. This typically takes less than 24 hours.

Step 3: Manage Your Listings in HQ

Once your account is approved, you can log in to your ServiceQue HQ dashboard. This is your control center for your entire business on our platform.

Adding and Editing Services

Your business profile is built around the services you offer. In HQ, you can:

  • Add New Services: Create new listings with a title, detailed description, and price.
  • Set Prices: Clearly define the cost for each of your services.
  • Upload Images: Add compelling images to showcase your work and attract more customers. A good picture can make all the difference!
  • Edit Anytime: Update service details, prices, or images whenever you need to. The changes will be reflected instantly when customers interact with your WhatsApp assistant.

When a customer interacts with your WhatsApp number, the services you have configured in HQ will be presented to them, allowing them to browse and book directly in the chat.
