ServiceQue Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Introduction
Welcome to ServiceQue (“ServiceQue,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). ServiceQue is an AI-powered appointment automation and customer management platform that operates primarily within WhatsApp.
These Terms of Service (TOS) govern your access to and use of the ServiceQue platform, including the ServiceQue HQ Dashboard (accessible at hq.serviceque.com) and related features (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using ServiceQue, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Payment Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
For clarity throughout this document:

| Platform | All software, systems, and services that make up ServiceQue. |
3. Eligibility
You can use ServiceQue as either:
- A Customer — to book or manage appointments via WhatsApp.
- A User / Service Provider (SP) — to manage your business through ServiceQue HQ.
You must be of legal age and capacity to make decisions under the laws of Zimbabwe to create or manage a ServiceQue HQ account.
You do not need to be a registered business to use the Platform, but you must provide truthful and accurate information when setting up or promoting your services.
We reserve the right to review your listed products, services, or business details for authenticity and accuracy to prevent spam, scams, or misleading listings—similar to WhatsApp’s catalog verification process.
4. Account Registration and Security
Users and Service Providers must register through ServiceQue HQ to manage their business features.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
Notify us immediately at info@serviceque.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to maintain account security.
5. Use of the Platform
You agree to use ServiceQue only for lawful and ethical business purposes. You may not:
- Use the Platform to send spam or misleading content.
- Interfere with or disrupt our systems or integrations.
- Post false or inappropriate listings.
- Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or damage the integrity of the Platform.
6. WhatsApp Integration
ServiceQue integrates with WhatsApp Business to deliver services such as booking and reminders. Please note:
- ServiceQue is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
- You must comply with WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies.
- ServiceQue is not responsible if your WhatsApp account is restricted or suspended due to violations of WhatsApp’s terms.
7. Review and Verification
To maintain quality and trust:
- We may review your business listings and service details.
- We may request proof of authenticity (e.g., business name, contact info, or service photos).
- Listings that appear fraudulent or misleading may be hidden, edited, or removed.
This process helps ensure ServiceQue remains a trusted platform for all users.
8. Fees and Payments
Payment options, subscription details, and refund terms are covered in our Payment Policy. By using paid features, you agree to the pricing and billing terms outlined there.
ServiceQue reserves the right to adjust pricing or introduce new plans with prior notice.
9. Privacy and Data
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By using ServiceQue, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with that policy.
10. Service Availability and Updates
We strive to keep ServiceQue reliable and accessible. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may occasionally perform maintenance, updates, or improvements.
We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, errors, or temporary service disruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, design, graphics, and branding related to ServiceQue are our property or licensed to us.
You may not copy, resell, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written consent.
You retain ownership of your own data, content, and service information uploaded through the Platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms or applicable laws.
- You submit false information or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period.
Once terminated, you will lose access to ServiceQue HQ and all related tools. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ServiceQue is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes or performance.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost revenue or missed appointments.
AI-powered responses are generated automatically; users are responsible for verifying their accuracy.
Your use of ServiceQue is at your own risk.
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
